Monday Mindfulness

Space held Monday Mornings from 8:30-9:00 am.

Together we will focus on mindfulness using all my favorite m's. Mantras, mudras, malas, meditation, bandhas, and our breath. 

I am honored to hold space and guide you as we connect to our breath, raise our vibrations and let go and release energy no longer serving us.
